Every manuscript is different, so the final price will depend on the level of work required. I’ll review a sample of your manuscript before providing a firm quote, so you’ll always know exactly what the cost will be before we begin.
There is no minimum charge. Registered charities and Blue Light Card holders receive a 17% discount on these prices.
If you’d like to see how I work before making a decision, I offer a free, no-obligation sample proof or copyedit of up to 2,000 words. This also helps me assess your manuscript and recommend the right level of editing for you.

Payment terms
Payment is due by the end of the calendar month following the invoice date. You can pay by BACS/bank transfer or PayPal; full payment details will be included on the invoice.
Once I’ve returned your edited or proofread manuscript, you’ll have the opportunity to review the changes and come back to me with any queries. I also offer a follow-up review of your revisions where appropriate.
I’ll issue the invoice once that follow-up stage is complete and you’re happy that the agreed work has been carried out.
